New Book

I bought a ‘well being book’ its incredible it has 6 sections ‘food’, ‘exercise’, ‘goals’, ‘recipes’ and ’inspiration’. It even has a couple of plastic sleves at the back for me to put my thinspo photo’s :) in loooove!

In the food section it has a page for each day and collums for you to record ‘breakfast’ ‘snack’ ‘lunch’ ‘snack’ ‘dinner’ and ‘snack’ and a box for totals.

I’m going to be so organised!

Update :)

Okay guys, I’ve lost 4 pounds since friday :) which makes me happy.  Worried that its just water weight and that i’ll plateu before i reach my goals though :/

Todays eats:

B: toasted sandwich thin with peanut butter and jam (200)

L: sandwich thin filled with laughing cow and ham slices and ketchup (200)

Planned:

S: ambrosia custard coated banana flakes (100)

D: Morocan chicken soup (350)

S: coconut hot chocolate, mini dairy milk bar (150)

weight loss plan.

So, a little update on my aims and objectives!
I’m going to marbella in seven weeks and need to lose weight pronto! i aim to eat a maximum of 1000 calories (its hard to eat less than this without causing suspicion) and hopefully i will of lost seven pounds atleast by june 19th!

I find it easy to under eat abroad, i’m too hot and sweaty to be hungry and i usually just eat low calorie ice creams during the day and maybe a starter or half a main meal at dinner. I’ll be going with my boyfriends family anyway, so they can’t be suspicious ;)

When i’m back, i want to get down to 90 pounds by september, so i’ll decrease calories somehow to 800.

I’ll keep you all updated :) hope this works!

Such a slug.

I am literally sitting down 24/7 and it’s driving me insane! I can’t wait for these assingments to be done with so i can start walking again!

Anyway my day’s been quite cool..

Had brekkie with the crew, had a bowl of special k with some cold milk 200 calories, not bad i guess..

got a first in my journalism features assignment.. ;)

Then i walked down to town to buy some crap and visit the bank.

Made a cute laughing cow and ham sandwich for lunch with some blueberries on the side, filled me up real good! 280 calories too..

Then i was trapsing around campus and me and my friend bough nougat bars, they were pink and pretty so i wanted one.. 130 calories

And i’m going out for dinner at nando’s tonight, so i will probably have the only thing on the menu i like which is a chicken burger no mayo 350 calories.. not really wanting that! gotta say!
