1200 calories
Yeah i know this may seam like a lot to many of you. However i have a really fast metabolism and lose weight pretty quickly on this amount. I hate cooking meals and eating for too long, so all my eats are pretty much fast easy and too the point!

Breakfast: a pop tart
Lunch: soup
dinner: something on toast
snack: a little bit of chocolate
usually comes to 1000-1200 calories, i’m full on this and i actually quite enjoy the chocolate, i’ll keep posting daily eats if anyones interested !!
